1. It was very good minus the buttermilk; we would have chosen whole milk instead.

2. We would have left out the 1 tsp. of salt, the buttermilk was salty enough; maybe just a pinch, if using whole milk.

3. The frosting was delicious, even though we forgot to put in the vanilla flavor.
